I got Victoria 3 on sale recently from Steam. Does anyone else play this game? The only other Paradox game I played before this was Hearts of Iron 4 and while Victoria 3 seems much more complicated, I think that this is a good thing. Does anyone play Rain World? Trust me guys its a fun game, it might be a lot difficult, its awesome. If you haven't tried it, you should, its awesome, i dont want to explain EVERYTHING about it, but if you want to play this game blind i suggest not watching videos or listen to me. Welp let me explain what Rain World is, Rain World is a game where you play as a omnivorus slug cat in a broken ecosystem who has been seperated from their family. You might find animals such as Bat Flies and other creatures, but you have to survive dangerous predators such as lizards and vultures, aggresive scavengers, etc. Now this game not gonna lie has the most impressive AI ive ever seen, i mean... Have you seen the scavengers? They can trade, they can throw spears and etc. If you wanna see more of this game i suggest just play the game or watch a video in depth of the game and its flora and fauna. I got it on my Xbox One X, its only $24.99 USD on my xbox. Just play it, its awesome.

What are your thoughts on cloud gaming? I just tried out Luna recently because I saw an ad for it on my TV and it's nice. I don't have the hardware to play intensive games. Is it worth it collecting physical copies anymore?

Everything is saved digitally. Unless every single computer were to randomly explode, these digital copies aren't going away. I still like to collect physical game copies, but mostly older titles. There's no point to this either since emulation has progressively been getting better. The only reason I get physical copies now is just because they they look cool on a shelf, although a lot of newer covers don't really look as cool.

the black souls series is a video game where you play as a protagonist in a world inspired bu fairy tales. made with rpg maker, the game plays lile a 'soulslike' but turn by turn gameplay. I played the first game and like 10 of the second game, but played the first game more. I wanted to know if beating hansel and gretel in the witch's house (the first hansel and gretel you see in the begining of the game) is something easy or did I make an achievment I've made. also beside the porn is the game really worth it? the game doesn't help you understand what are object about so I get a bit lost at the begining.

this game as only 21 spells per classes. I want more spells for each classes!!! at least one more spell! I can do it in a private server but I don't know how to do nor how to create a spell on a peivate server. I want a new spell in the game so bad its insane, who agree with me? I even created some few spellq for clasess. exemple, the ecaflip. a spell that does damage 25% air or water or fire or earth and if the next element is the same as the former one, the damages are boosted (exemple air and then air again). I even gave it a name: flush It suits the classe so well because its a chance/random/ chance class (so it can deal little or BIG damage!) or another cool exemple: split shot (for cra classe) >the spell does earth damage and can be cast only in straight line but when you click on a square a orange horizontal line of 7 squares appear (its the damage line). anyway, dofus retro thread

Whats the hardest game you've completed? Did you enjoy it? I completed Dark Souls, although I did use summons sometimes, didn't for bloodborne, although that was easier. Dark Souls was great. My favourite part of it was just exploring the different areas and their enviroments, it has some of the best map/level designs I've ever seen. People talk about the bosses a lot, and I enjoyed most of them, but they're sooo stressful.

What are some games you have come across when digging deep into obscure territory that have left you surprisingly satisfied? Pic rel I found on Steam after digging deep recently. It's a remake/reimagining of the first game in some Korean mobile game franchise(that I've never heard of). It starts out with that mobile game life-simmy feel but quickly balloons into something bigger and it ended up being one of my favorite JRPGs of all time. And no one is talking about it anywhere so I feel like a lottery winner just for finding it. Need more games like that.

Half-Life

Did you play Half-Life during the 25th anniversary update? What did you think of the update and did it get you to play Half-Life again after years of not playing it? did you check out any of the new mods for it or replay old classics and favorites, and how did it feel to see HLDM fully populated again? Personally I loved every bit of it, and I genuinely didn't expect Valve to do an update this "big" for the 25th, it's been nice seeing people who haven't played it in years come back on and talk about it, and seeing newer players experiencing it for the first time, primarily the multiplayer and how beautifully chaotic it is. It's also fun seeing people play the past 25 years of mods for it, recommending my own picks, classics and fan favorites. It's a shame they didn't make their entire goldsrc catalogue permanently free, I would love to see all the other games get a big burst of players and potentially get revived with newer players that get into them
