nowadays i exercise, eat healthy, take vitamin D supplements, and try to limit my caffeine intake. not to say i've become a beaming ray of sunshine, but i can get through my day on 7-8 hours of sleep pretty well. more recently the vitamin D supplements have been a gamechanger. i am notably less tired during the day because of them.

>>6521 Dunno, it just happened out of blue back in school. Several small injuries that not a single doctor cared about. I didn't either and before long they developed in serious chronic issues, because I kept pushing myself to exercise more. Nobody cared though, and I let the matter slip and now I'm basically cripple. I thought it would heal over time but it never did and at this point there's nothing I can do about it. I should have cared when it was fresh but after so many years there is no hope for me.
