Yeah, Vitamin D deficiency is a very common thing these days as everyone spends their lives inside. Apart from that I take a multi-vitamin without iron and I kind of wonder sometimes if it's actually doing anything. I do have a doctor check my vitamin D levels so I at least know it's something being measured, but multi-vitamins really are a mystery if they actually do anything or not. I guess it doesn't hurt?
