Advertising on hikari3

While you cannot randomly post advertisements of your product/service on our boards, we do allow you to put up a display banner on here for free. There's just a few rules you must follow.

• Must look good and SFW
• Shouldn't be malicious and should be truthful
• Fit with all rules of our site.
• 468x60 is preferred, but the resolution can be higher, as long it's the same ratio.
• It should fit with hikari3.
