I'm watching a few. New season of Jobless Reincarnation, the new Ghost in the Shell series, and most importantly SAGA OF TANYA THE PEAK SEASON 2!! 
I have been looking forward to this one for ages.
About the others though, I really like the Eris training arc so far. It's a real shame that she's doing all of this just be Rudeus' third wife... The new Ghost in the Shell series emulates an older art style which is really cool, and it is more lighthearted than the original series too. It's worth a watch.
