One day to visit Hiroshima was enough imo, but should've spent more time in Kyoto. I could've spent the whole 3 weeks in Tokyo alone easily without getting bored, you will always find interesting places to go. Tokyo is huge, visiting the different parts of the town and their sights alone will take you several days. Generally it kinda depends what you are into I guess?
