What's the best client for torrenting? I've used things like qbittorrent before but I want to know if there's something better.

I think qBitTorrent is fine just continue using that

Qbittorent is just a front-end for libtorrent and libtorrent is pretty much the best one out there in terms of performance. Qbittorent is a bit laggy though especially when you seed hundreds of torrents so i use rutorrent and run it as a daemon but it's pretty much the same thing so don't bother if you don't have a seedbox. But yeah what defines "the best" torrent client? the elitists from private trackers agreed that the best one is libtorrent and it's frontends ages ago nothing new came out besides maybe transmission but it's kinda duct taped together in a hurry btpd is pretty good if you are autistic and minimalistic

>But yeah what defines "the best" torrent client? i just want something scriptable tbh i have a homeserver and i want to leave it seeding and feeding all day, and i dont have any graphical engine installed on it, nor do i want to manually ssh into it every time i wanna add a new torrent also another good question is how tf do i even keep my torrent directory organized cant even move stuff around or rename it smh this is why i want script capabilities so i can keep things easy to find
