Am I 1 unable to sleep at night? It sometimes gets to the point of obsession and I don't sleep for 2-3 days.

it's sad that I'm not helped by magnesium or other pills, I don't know what's wrong with me, but I made a joke of setting the time on my computer to +2 from the local and +- I now live with the regime of going to bed not at 2 a.m. but at 12 p.m.
