>What impediments do you have? I have selective mutism, I stutter sometimes and have blocks (I think.) I don't know if it's considered a speech impediment, but I get thrown off when strangers greet me and so I can't greet them back. >When did it start? I can't remember any of it occurring before I was a teenager. I did, however, go to a speech therapist as a child, because I couldn't pronounce words properly; maybe the former issues were also present at the time. >How do you cope? When I was mute -which I haven't been for over 2 years, now- I would write my words down on paper. I don't feel as if I have to cope with my stutter. When strangers greet me, I have learned that I can reply with a nod, so as to not come across as rude. >How many times do you wish death upon yourself when you're forced to speak publicly? I feel embarrassed of myself after speaking to cashiers, but so do I feel about my other weird mannerisms. >How do you think it affected your life? The other impediments haven't been much of issues for me, but mutism has harmed me horribly at one point in life, I can't talk about it. >i deserve to get bullied Children are cunts, Hikarin did not deserve to get bullied. >the lack of friendship was actually valuable cuz it made me develop skills and hobbies that i wouldn't have had time to Skills and interests can still be shared between friends, Hikarin deserves someone to share theirs with.
