I like doing MDMA but I had to space that out and only do it every 2.5 months to avoid hurting myself and also I can't go out to raves right now so no opportunities to take it anymore.

>>11586 i have hobbies and i exercise, quite regularly. cigarettes are a stopgap from other, more self-destructive vices. if i didn't have the luxury of smoking a cigarette periodically i'd probably turn to marijuana or alcohol instead and i struggle to stop myself when i have those, whereas i have good control over my relationship with cigarettes. another thing to note is a cigarette is an immediate destresser. like the hikarin above said i can't just start exercising or doing my hobbies anywhere and everywhere. also smoking cigarettes in a group of guys shooting the shit is a pretty great experience. not saying it's good to smoke but just because you don't understand doesn't mean there are no reasons.

My drug is allowing myself to be autistic ADHD OCD obsessed over some specific topic. If I'm lucky enough I can psyop myself into becoming obsessed over some useful topic or skill. I even learned how to be obsessed better, as one of my past obsessions But when I'm obsessed with useless trash, I'm fricked. Will literally even risk my life over it, short term and long term I'm an onion of obsessions
